Sweden’s Modern Times Group (MTG) has secured a new SEK3 billion (€319.6 million) credit facility, arranged and provided by SEB and Nordea.
It will be used to help finance the acquisition of Nova TV, Bulgaria’s second largest commercial TV station, which MTG acquired last month for €620 million in cash.
