ZON TV Cabo has selected the Concurrent MediaHawk Content Delivery System ahead of the expansion of its VOD service in Lisbon and Porto this autumn.
“The Portuguese cable market has become very competitive, and it was important that we partner with a VOD vendor who could provide us a stable platform which could support the advanced interactive and entertainment features necessary to maintain our status as the number one video provider in Portugal, explained Andre Almeida, ZON TV Cabo’s head of product development.
ZON TV Cabo currently has 1.5 million customers across Portugal.
