The German Bundeskartelambt has agreed to the sale of some 86,000 Level 4 homes in the cities of Aachen and Wiesbaden by Primacom to Unitymedia. The networks will be integrated into Unitymedia’s network.
The deal is worth about €49 million and is expected to close before the end of August, cable operator Primacom said. The deal was originally announced on August 10, see Broadband TV News passim.
