Technetix Group has announced the purchase of Dalvi Technology Ltd, the Bedfordshire-based pay-TV integration specialist. Over the past 12 years Dalvi has worked on custom built digital headends, conditional access systems and set-top terminal products.
Paul Broadhurst, CEO of Technetix Group, said the two companies has complimentary skills. “The Dalvi Technology assets will add a number of additional key services to our well established offering of engineering, integration and supply chain services covering all the technologies in broadband cable networks.
Steve Jones, Managing Director of Dalvi added he was excited by the opportunity of joining the two sales forces. “We expect the combination to expand the strategic position of the entire Technetix Group with all broadband cable, broadcasters and telecommunications operators worldwide”.
Technetix intends to maintain all of Dalvi’s staff who will be housed within the Technetix Networks Division.
