NBC Universal Global Networks has opened an office in Warsaw to support its growing presence in Poland.
The country has a full range of channels from the group including Sci-Fi Universal Channel, Hallmark Channel, Movies 24 and KidsCo. The operations will be headed by Arek Taciak who has been appointed as Channel Manager, NBCU Global Networks Poland reporting into Beata Stepien, Channel Director, NBCU Global Networks CEE.
Taciak will be responsible for the distribution of the portfolio of NBCU channels in Poland, supported by agents Chellozone (Hallmark) and Viasat (Kidsco).
Ewa Bolesta has been appointed as marketing communications manager for Poland.
