The Polish company Vector has secured a contract to provide the Polish public broadcaster TVP with the technology for its future DTH platform.
Vector, which is based in the port city of Gdynia, will supply TVP with an MPEG-4-based system enabling it to offer 25 SD and two full HD channels.
The system will also allow TVP to deliver the channels via DTT, IPTV and to cable operators via satellite.
