German cable operator KabelBW is to offer free live Bundesliga football on Friday nights. All subscribers with a digital set-top will have access to the dedicated “Free Friday” channel. The first game to be offered is the classic meeting between FC Bayern München – Hamburger SV.
Games from both the first league and the Friday conference from the second league will be offered on the network.
KabelBW also offers the full Bundesliga live coverage at €14.90 a month for a stand-alone package or for free for people taking the digital “Maenner” bouquet at €9.90 monthly.
