TDF and Norkring are the two remaining parties bidding for the VRT transmitter network in Dutch speaking Belgium, according to local news reports. Both parties have been asked to put in their final bids by the middle of next month.
The Flemish government is selling the analogue and digital transmitter networks of the public broadcaster VRT in order to make competition possible (See Broadband TV News passim). Originally five parties expressed an interest (see here), but now French TDF and Norkring, a subsidiary of Telenor, are the two remaining bidders.
