The Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp (HTCC) has announced a “review of strategic alternatives” with the help of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance.
HTCC is the leading alternative carrier and second largest fixed line provider and ISP in Hungary, where it operates under the brand name Invitel and has over one million customers.
It has for some time been expected enter the Hungarian IPTV market.
