Alexey V Ostapchuk has been appointed the DG of the Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC).
The RSCC is a state owned operator and one of the 10 largest satellite companies in the world in terms satellites and orbital slots. Its satellites include Express-AM, Express-A and Bonum-1.
