The Polish cable operator Toya plans to add HD channels to its offer this August.
Speaking to the local press, its director Jacek Kobierzycki confirmed that they would include Canal+ Film HD, Canal+ Sport HD, TVN HD and HBO HD, adding that talks were also taking place with other channels.
Toya plans to introduce a PVR product in October and VOD at the end of the year. Based in the city of Lódz, it currently has 150,000 subscribers, of whom 14,000 receive digital TV services.
