The German cable operator Primacom has said it has won victory in a case against Kabel Deutschland (KDG) regarding unfair selling practices. The district court of Berlin ruled that KDG is not allowed to win customers by using false statements about PrimaCom.
According to PrimaCom, KDG spread wrong information about the company and its products in order to win over customers. The court ruled KDG has to stop these practices and imposed a fine of up to €250,000 if the cabler breaks the ruling.
