The Russian mobile operator VimpelCom has announced the completion of the purchase of a 49% stake in Corbina Telecom for around $404 million (€259.8 million).
As a result of the deal, Corbina Telecom, which launched an IPTV service last year, is now wholly owned by VimpelCom.
