Intelsat has signed a multi-year agreement with Ricor TV for the distribution of interactive HD services in Russia.
It will see Rikor employ Intelsat 904 at 60 degrees East to deliver content to cable operators and DTH subscribers to western and central parts of the country, which encompass over 80% of its population.
