The Russian mobile operator VimpelCom has announced that it has acquired the 49% of the alternative carrier Corbina Telecom it does not already own for around $404 million (€260.2 million).
VimpelCom bought Golden Telecom, the parent company of Corbina Telecom, earlier this year with the help of a syndicated loan of €2.4 billion.
