Combined it delivers an intelligent service which enables viewers to create personalized TV channels that reflect their viewing preferences on the basis of both conventional TV programs and available internet video offerings.
TV Digital Personal will be showcased during the second half of this year, probably at the IFA 2008 in Berlin. In a related development, Philips is also working on the introduction of their first Connected TV, which will bring online video to Philips TV sets through a special Video Portal.
