Magyar Telekom has announced that two of its Hungarian minority shareholders have filed a lawsuit against the company.
The move, which Magyar Telekom says it will vigorously oppose, relates to the payment of dividends specified in its April 25 AGM that the two shareholders oppose.
Magyar Telekom lists the wholly owned Deutsche Telekom subsidiary MagyarCom Holding as its main owner (59.21%), with unspecified domestic institutions (4.94%) and individuals (1.39%) among the minority shareholders.
