The Polish national commercial broadcaster TVN is to buy a 25% plus one share stake in the DTH platform n for €95 million.
It has also secured a call option that will allow it to increase its stake to a controlling 51% following the third anniversary of the investment, which is expected to close by the end of June.
The new generation platform n, which made its debut in October 2006 and has around 320,000 subscribers, is currently majority owned by ITI Group.
