The Hungarian Radio and TV Board (ORTT) has announced that it is to appeal against a decision by the country’s High Court in a dispute with the MTG-owned channel Viasat3.
The move follows a ruling by the High Court earlier this week that overturned the ORTT’s decision to classify Viasat3 as a national channel.
Viasat3 is the third most watched FTA service in Hungary after RTL Klub and TV2.
