Comstar-Ukraine has launched a double play service in the city of Odessa, offering viewers high-speed internet access and IPTV in one package.
The company, which is a subsidiary of Russia’s Comstar-UTS, itself backed by Sistema, plans to eventually add VoIP to the offer, which is delivered over a NGN network.
