The Serbian incumbent telco Telekom Srbija is reported to be about to buy a stake in the Slovenian alternative carrier Tus Telekom.
Tus Telekom operates what is Slovenia’s first quadruple play service and is expected to shortly add HDTV channels to its IPTV offer.
It competes in an IPTV market also served by Telekom Slovenije and T-2. Telekom Srbija lists Greece’s OTE as a 20% shareholder.
