The Polish national commercial station Polsat experienced a surprising dip in audience share in April, according to data produced by TNS OBOP.
Its 15.35% amongst all viewers aged 4+ compared with 17.50% a year earlier and trailed that of TVN (17.04%) and the public broadcaster’s two national channels TVP2 (17.04%) and TVP1 (23.31%).
TVP1 was also the most watched service in the 16-49-age group (20.07%), while TVN was in top position in the urban 16-49-age group.
Although TVN24 remained the most watched thematic channel, its 2.85% in the 4+ group last month was slightly down on the 2.60% recorded in April 2007.
The next most popular thematic services were Mini Mini (0.83%), AXN (0.77%) and Viva Polska (0.69%).
