BT Vision is to launch the Universal Pictures subscription on demand service PictureBox. It is the third UK deployment after Top Up TV and Tiscali TV.The IPTV platform is the third outlet for PictureBox after the Polish DTH platform n and Singtel’s mio TV in Singapore.
PictureBox will launch on May 5 and offer BT Vision customers a selection of 28 titles at any given time. New titles will be added on a weekly basis.
Among the highlights lined up over the next few weeks are The Bourne Ultimatum, Knocked Up, Atonement, The Kingdom, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, Evan Almighty, Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift, Hot Fuzz, Pride & Prejudice, The Break-Up, The Interpreter, The Constant Gardener, Miami Vice and King Kong.
