The IPTV service Stream TV operated by Comstar-Direct in Moscow ended 2007 with 122,300 subscribers, or 47% more than 12 months earlier.
At the same time, Comstar’s broadband Internet subscriber total in the capital rose by 81% to 695,000, of whom 651,000 were residential customers.
Comstar also claimed a further 48,000 broadband subscribers, of whom 33,000 were residential, in the regions.
