The Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat plans to raise up to PLN1 billion (€289.7 million) in its IPO.
According to the company, its shares price will be in the range of PLN10.8 to PLN13.8 each, with a final price to be set on April 25 ahead of its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on May 6.
Cyfrowy Polsat, which has just over 2 million subscribers, currently lists Zygmunt Solorz-Zak as its majority (97%) shareholder.
