MIPTV – CANNES. E! International Networks has grown the number of households outside the US to over 75 million. The Comcast International Media Group announced the celebrity and entertainment channel had added the Croatian IPTV network; Portugal Telecom, Serbian cable network SBB; MultiChoice in Angola and Mozambique; and the renewal of an agreement with the UK’s Virgin Media.
“The E! International Network continues to be a much sought after brand among international buyers,” said Wald. “We’re delighted to increase our presence in Africa, renew for continued distribution in the UK, as well as sign new channel partners in Portugal and the Balkans.”
