At the end of this month UPC Nederland will offer its digital customers a special digital TV portal for kids which only gives access to 12 dedicated children’s channels. The portal comes as a mosaic showing the 12 channels. Children will be able to access these channels from the mosaic. “This way we offer a safe environment for kids,” according to the operator. Earlier this week, UPC also added the kids channels JimJam and Nick Hits to its Dutch digital line-up.
