A new French distributor of low pay DTT premium channels has officially announced its entry into the market this week. TNtop, part of the Vest@vision group, has started to sell a seven-channel bouquet consisting of Eurosport, Canal J, Paris Première, Planète, LCI, TF6 and AB1 for €8 a month.
In addition, it is also possible to subscribe to TPS Star for €19.00 monthly. Viewers will have to buy a DTT receiver with Viacaccess 3.0 encryption for €99.
Since last year, a similar offer has been available from TVNuméric, while Canal+ also offers premium pay services including Canal+ subscriptions. The Neotion group will also launch a premium service later this year, bringing the total number of distributors of pay services on DTT to four.
