The Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat will finally hold its long awaited IPO later this month, according to unconfirmed agency reports.
Details of the offer, which could raise the company up to €250 million, could be published as soon as April 10.
Cyfrowy Polsat, which is over 90% owned by the entrepreneur Zygmunt Solorz-Zak and claims 2 million subscribers, has refused to comment.
