Unitymedia rearranges digital packages

The German cable operator Untymedia will make its Digital TV Extra bouquet available to all digital customers, not just to those who subscribe to Digital TV Plus. The package will cost an additional €7.90 a month but only €5.00 for TV Plus subscribers. The Digital TV Plus package consist of 18 channels, including the new Sportdigital TV as well as a number of music channels, Eurosport 2, NASN, Motors TV, ESPN, Extreme Sport, Sailing Channel, Wetter Fernsehen, BBC Prime, E! Entertainment, Playboy TV and Silverline. Access to the two bouquets is only possible for basic digital customers, who pay €16.90 a month.
