Accounting for 9.7% of the total worldwide in 2008, it should rise to 12.3% in 2010. However, TV is expected to remain the leading medium, its share of 37.8% this year falling only slightly to 37.6% in 2010.
Significantly, Russia is predicted to become the world’s sixth largest ad market in 2010, ahead of both France (8th) and Italy (9th) and just behind fifth placed Germany.
