The Croatian alternative telco H1 Telecom is reported to have had a change of ownership, with Zagreb-based Stedbanka acquiring a 42.56% stake in the company for an undisclosed fee.
H1 Telecom’s founder Zoran Curkovic and previously sole owner has retained the remaining shares. H1 Telecom is one of the leading alternative telcos in Croatia and is expected to launch an IPTV service in the near future.
The incumbent T-HT has operated one named MAXtv since September 2006.
