The Spanish HD Forum will undertake more HD test on the Spanish digital terrestrial network. Two standards – 720p50 and 1080i25 – will be broadcast in simulcast to determine the best and most efficient format. The HD Forum was formed last year by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce and is open to any party interested in promoting HD in the country.
