Euronews plans to launch an Arabic language version of its channel this summer. A team of 20 journalists will be put together in the Lyons HQ of the channel. Arabic will be the eighth language in which Euronews broadcasts. The official launch will take place on July 12, in the Institute of the Arab World in Paris. The new version will be made available on all platforms on which the news channel broadcasts, including mobile TV.
