Data produced by TNS shows that the national commercial station LNT strengthened its position as the number one broadcaster in Latvia in February. Its audience share of 19.7% was up from 19.3% in the previous month, while second placed TV3, was also slightly up (+0.1%) to 15.5%. The public channel LTV1 came next with 11.1%, followed by the Russian language station PBK with 10.9%. MTV Latvia, one of the few thematic channels to appear in the figures, saw its audience share double, albeit toi a still modest 0.2%.
