The Polish MSO Multimedia Polska is to use Tandberg Television’s OpenStream digital services platform for it VOD services. Multimedia Polska, which is the third largest cable operator in Poland after UPC and Vectra, has already deployed Tandberg Television encoding for HD service that it introduced last year.
