The Czech Republic has put back its ASO date by just over a year to November 11, 2011. According to local reports, the move was announced in a final version of the switchover plan (TPP), approved by the country’s Telecom Office (CTU). Despite the delay – the date had previously been set for October 2010 – the Czech Republic has already begun the transition to digital broadcasting, with the first region to switch off its analogue signals being Domazlice in August last year.
