Data produced by TNS OBOP show that the public broadcaster’s first channel TVP1 was by far the most popular in Poland this February. It claimed an audience share of 25.49% among viewers aged 4+, and was followed by TVP2 (16.98%) and the national commercial stations TVN (15.23%) and Polsat (14.78%). News Corp.-backed TV Puls, hoping to break into the top viewing positions, was a distant 15th with 0.63%. TVP1 also led in the 16-49 age group, though by a much smaller margin. The most watched thematic channel (aside from TVP Info, which is mostly news-based), was again TVN24 (2.94% of viewers aged 4+), followed by Mini Mini (0.89%), Disney Channel (0.72%) and Eurosport (0.67%).
