Russian TV Times (RTVT) has signed a multi-year, multi-transponder agreement on Intelsat, thereby expanding its programme offer into Europe. The deal, on Intelsat 12 at 45 degrees East, will allow RTVT to offer up to 30 Russian channels, including Feniks-Art, Bridge TV and Sarafan, to a potential audience of 6 million people.
