Scopus Video Networks has announced that its headend solutions will be deployed by the cable operators FiberNet in Hungary and Eurocom in Bulgaria. In each case, they will be to allow for the provision of such additional services as VOD and HDTV. Both FiberNet and Eurocom are important players in their respective markets – in the case of FiberNet the third largest MSO after UPC and T-Kábel.
