Berlin-based A Company Consulting & Licensing and the Hungarian independent distributor Budapest Film have signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to establish a VOD platform. Known as Filmklik Europe, it will serve all countries in Central and Eastern Europe, offering content acquired by EEAP Eastern European Acquisition Pool on behalf of A Company Consulting & Licensing. Budapest Film already operates a VOD service named Filmklik Hungary in its home market.
