Henryk Sobierajski has been appointed the head of the still-to-be-launched Polish news channel Polsat 24. He is currently head of TV Biznes, which is also part of the Polsat group. Polsat 24 applied for a licence to the National Broadcasting Council (KKRiT) last October but has yet to receive an answer.
