Six Nations rugby is to become the first major sporting event to be made available on the BBC iPlayer since the online catch-up service went officially live in December.
The annual competition involving England, France, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Italy commences tomorrow afternoon (February 2). Matches will be made available for one week after their initial transmission.
In addition to coverage on BBC One and the BBC Sport website, the matches will also be available live on BBC HD, though it has been notable that HD coverage of the FA Cup has so far been absent.
