Up to 1.5 million Czechs may still not be able to receive digital TV at the end of 2010, according to Jane Hannahovou, the head of the national transmission company CRa. Speaking in the local press, Hannahovou added that they could include people living in five or six large towns, among them Karlovy Vary, Most and Liberec. Hannahovou expects 85% coverage by the end of 2010, rising to 95% in 2011 and all the population in 2012. ASO has been set for October 10, 2010. CRa, the Czech Digital Group (CDG) and Telefónica O2 are the designated multiplex operators.
