On Demand Deutschland (ODD) is to supply VOD content to Telekom Austria’s Aon TV VOD service. ODD, which is a joint venture between On Demand Group (ODG) and Tele München Gruppe (TMG), already provides content to Kabel Deutschland’s Select Kino PPV movie service and Unity Media’s Kino auf Abruf PPV movie service in Germany. The Aon TV VOD service already has several thousand subscribers and will benefit from ODD’s relationships with major Hollywood studios and independent German and Austrian studio and TV content suppliers.
