NDS has posted revenues of $214.9 million (€146.1 million) for the second quarter (ended December 31, 2007), or 30% more than for the corresponding period 12 months earlier. At the same time, its operating income was up by 32% to $49.5 million. Growth figures for the six months ended December 31, 2007 were equally impressive, with revenues up by 28% to $419.8 million and operating income by 31% to $107.8 million. The company also ended the second quarter with 82.7 million authorised cards (69.9 million at the end of 2006), and claimed 76.4 million (50.2 million) and 10.4 million (5.3%) middleware and DVR clients respectively.
