UPC has announced that it now has 10,000 subscribers to its triple play service in Slovakia, adding that it employs EuoDocsis 2.0 and Cisco technology and can be received in 160,000 homes. The majority of the subscribers opt for UPC Digital, which includes over 80 TV channels. Double play (cable TV and broadband Internet access) can meanwhile be received by 290,000 homes in 11 towns and cities throughout the country.
