The Dutch MSO Zesko Holding has unveiled its new brand name, Ziggo, that will replace the current brands Casema, @Home and Multikabel. The combined networks of the three operators have around 3.4 million homes connected. Zesko is the holding company of the cable interests of Cinven and Warburg-Pincus in The Netherlands. After acquiring the three operators, the past year was spent integrating the various operations, a process which will be finalised later this spring. The newly formed company will surpass UPC as the largest cable operator in the country.
