Russia’s Comstar UTS has announced that it has signed an agreement with Cisco for the delivery of equipment to build an NGN multi-service network in Ukraine. The network is expected to have over 125,000 subscribers in Odessa and the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, by 2011.
