Telekom Slovenije is being sued for €2.3 million by the alternative carrier Amis. According to a local report, the latter accuses the incumbent telco of violating competition rules in relation to the advertising of a prize draw. Telekom Slovenije already faces lawsuits from several companies including the triple play company T-2, which is seeking €130 million from the telco. Doubts are also being raised about its long-awaited privatisation.
